Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Bridge ERP provided by AminiTech Solutions ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using Bridge ERP, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Definitions
  • "Software" refers to the Bridge ERP system, including web-based, desktop, or mobile interfaces.
  • "User" refers to the individual or entity accessing or using the Software.
  • "Client Data" refers to any data uploaded, stored, or processed through Bridge ERP.
  • "Services" refers to all features, modules, and functionalities offered by Bridge ERP.
3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so.

4. Account Registration

To access Bridge ERP, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use Bridge ERP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations
  • Interfering with the security or functionality of the Software
  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code
  • Unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
6. License and Intellectual Property

AminiTech Solutions grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use Bridge ERP for your internal business operations. All intellectual property rights in the software, content, and design are owned by AminiTech Solutions or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Resell, sublicense, or make the software available to third parties
7. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Client Data. We may process your data only to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of all data submitted to Bridge ERP.

8. Fees and Payment

Use of Bridge ERP may be subject to subscription fees, as described on our pricing page or agreement. Payments are due as agreed and may be subject to taxes. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high uptime and reliability but do not guarantee that the software will always be available or error-free. We may perform scheduled maintenance and updates, which could temporarily affect availability.

10. Support

We provide technical support via email, phone, or support portal during business hours. Support availability and terms may depend on your subscription level.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Bridge ERP if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also terminate your use of the service at any time.

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the software will be revoked
  • We may retain or delete your data based on applicable law and our data retention policy
12. Disclaimers

Bridge ERP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AminiTech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AminiTech Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the software. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
